Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years in the field of Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of executives to meet the business objectives, especially during times of rapid changes and expansion. Annmarie is a respected adviser who has helped to translate enterprise goals and strategies to business and people strategy through engaging employees and managing change. She believes that learning is one of the key elements of leading. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leaders and coaching them with demonstrated success. The experience has helped to create organizational cultures which embodied innovation in learning and the ability to change. Annmarie has been driven to volunteer her skills and time to support Learning Ally's mission. In her spare time she offers support for a variety of nonprofit organizations. These include being a participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee who are dedicated to assisting women to become leaders.
