Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples was born in the United States and is a professional actor, singer and actress. She received the best recognition in her character Layla Grant in the drama series Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard in Sharknado (2013). She also played her role as Jerrica Jem in the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples, the child of Wendy Peeples and Ashley Peeples, grew up on Lake Mary Florida. She has a younger sister Ally. As a child, Aubrey performed with her school's Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. Aubrey is a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School and was named valedictory for this class in 2012 when she graduated. Harvard University was willing to accept her. But, she declined the offer twice. The second time was due to the fact that she wanted to perform in Nashville. Peeples appeared as a guest star on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally Austin and Ally Grey's Anatomy (2005), as well as a character who appeared in Necessary roughness (1991). She was in television films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009), and The Good Mother. She played Layla Grant, a major role in the Nashville second season of the drama. Peeples revealed that she has bipolar disorder in an interview in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire identified Peeples in September 2014 as one of America's best young actors.
